A Pre-Order is when a product is ordered by a customer before it has arrived in to our store.

This includes products that are specially ordered for a customer, and ones that are listed on our site as being on the way.

For pre-orders we ask that 30% of the price of the carrier be paid up-front. Once the product is in-store we will send an invoice for the remainder. Customers are also welcome to Layby any pre-ordered product.

NOTHING CAN BE SHIPPED THAT HAS NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL.
