Tinoki is a small Business operating in Melbourne, Australia. We offer shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe. Unfortunately due to insurance restrictions we are unable to ship to North America (United States and Canada)

We have flat rate shipping within Australia – all carriers are sent by express post, everything else will be shipped by regular post.

We usually ship 3 times a week, though there may be longer delays on occasion.

We will do our best to help track down missing parcels – though we sincerely hope this isn’t necessary.

Melbourne people can choose to pick up their packages, please contact us to arrange a time.

Postage costs are $11.00 for within Australia and $18.50 for New Zealand (sent standard mail). Anywhere else in the world, shipping costs will show during check out. Shipping is approximately $30 for Asia and $50 for Europe. This is for one wrap/carrier. If the package is larger or smaller than one standard carrier we may need to adjust the postage costs to reflect this.

Purchases over $250 ship free within Australia.
