We have a return policy that allows for change of mind. This applies to items purchased from stock only. Any item that has been ordered in specifically for you is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE

Products returned within 14 days, and in an as-new condition will be refunded or exchanged. However there is a $10 restocking fee for all returned items, and you will also incur the full cost of both original and subsequent shipping.

Refunds are only processed after the product is back with us. We suggest that you consider upgrading postage to ensure a swift turn-around time.
